No direct number to Kulula Credit Card

I have just spent an hour on the phone going from one number to the next. No one can help me with my kulula credit card as all of them say I should call another number. I have called all of the following:<br> ***<br> ***<br> When calling some of them they even refer me back to the same number.<br> <br> It is pathertic.
