NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
My partner and I flew from OR Thambo to George airport on Friday 24 April. On booking in we only had one suite case between the two of us. The check in clerk at OR never mentioned anything about the luggage being over weight. We booked in with no problems. On our return when booking in at George airport we were surprised to hear that our luggage was \overweight"by 4"

All staff whom are employed by Comair, are always expected to perform their duties in a friendly and efficient manner at all times. From what you have said, the service displayed by Hilton was not very professional. There is no excuse for this type of service and under no circumstances will it be tolerated.
Our new baggage policy does not take bag pooling into consideration and is now specific to the piece concept and not weight. This policy allows for 20kgs to be given as your \free baggage allowance\" if you are over this limit excess will be charged. Our new baggage allowance is 1 check in bag at 20kgs or less and 1 hand luggage bag at 7kgs or less. If an item is over this limit we charge a flat rate of R250 for heavy bag and R350 for extra piece. All this information can be viewed on the kulula.com website.
