No customer care

On the 19th January my daughter and 2 grandchildren flew to Johannesburg. They took it upon themselves to change the seati g arrangements and expected my 3 year old granddaughter to sit on her own. The flight attendants didnt care at all. If it had not been for a kind gentleman who offerred to give up his seat my 3yr old granddaughter would have been expected to sit on her own without her mother and baby brother. Kalula airways you and your staff need to stop overbooking your flights and causing such unnecessary unpleasantness to your passengers. I am disgusted and hate the thought that they must come back with you and probably go through the same experience again
