No Confirmation on Special Assistance & No Response to Calls

I had made a booking requesting special assistance on 27 March 2021. I had not received a confirmation of the request so I called the call center on 30 March 2021. However there was no response to answering the call for more than 10 minutes. I do not recommend booking with Kulua as they do not seem to consider customers with special assistance needs.
