No cancellation even with travel insurance

I booked a return flight with Kulula and opted for baggage and flight insurance which covers flight cancellation amongst other things. A change in the travel arrangements has necessitated a cancellation. I have just discovered that only specific cancellations are covered, like death, etc. Shame on you Kulula, misleading the public about travel insurance regarding cancellations and not complying with the basic Consumer Protection Act. Since when does a 100% cancellation fee apply, even with travel insurance? I won't be travelling with you again, and I urge all other travellers to look at alternatives to Kulula as they don't really care about you, only your money.
