No booking confirmed

Tried booking a flight today on kulula website over 4 times to no success. Sid payment kept cancelling. I took the ref and via my standard bank app made a payment into the same banking details as first Flight with new ref number . Booking still hasnt been confirmed called into call centre been given a run around that i must reverse the amount since they cant help me ... i need a cheque card to rebook .... waiting on supervisor excuses are endless ... plus if i reverse the amount its subject to them returning the amount plus paying a further R300 . Ridiculous
