NEVER USE KULULA

Where is the stars for really really really bad service? They owe us money due to not flying during lockdown April 2020. After backwards and forwards communication for over a year with really ***********, useless staff, they put this money in a travel bank. However you can't use the whole balance to book flights PLUS you need to use it before the end of November 2021!! You can only use a certain amount and have to pay IN for the rest!!! I will never use this airline ever again. No wonder they are about to go down the toilet - they belong in the sewage!
