Never open a Kulula Card account

I have requested that the above company close my card account several times since 2017. I have never received any response. They continue to simply send me statements and deduct charges from my account. NEVER OPEN A KULULA Account. I was warned before i opened the account that they will never close it but will continue to take money from it.
