Never on time - EVER
I'm sitting in the Cape Town airport waiting in a queue for a flight that was meant to board at 3:35pm. A full flight and everyone standing around in the queue not moving. Do not fly this airline. I travel often. Flysafair you can run a clock to. This must be the 10th late flight I've had on this airline. Never again!!

We apologise sincerely for the delay and inconvenience experienced due to the delay on your flight . Our flights would only be delayed/cancelled unless absolutely necessary and you can be assured that this is not the standards that we aspire to. We do try to avoid making any alterations to our published timetable although it is sometimes unavoidable in the airline industry. Unfortunately from a scheduling perspective, aircrafts flying other routes may also be impacted if an aircraft is delayed on these routes and then is operating a subsequent route.
We do appreciate the incredible inconvenience that delays may cause our customers , however we cannot be guaranteed on time departures all the time due to the nature of this industry. Given the complexity of the airline industry, it is inevitable that things will go wrong from time to time despite our best efforts . Any delay does have a cost factor attached to it in respect of penalties to the service providers .
We apologise to you for being unable to meet your expectations on this occasion .
