Never On Time!

<p>I traveled to Durban on the 29/10/2016 with kulula, my flight was booked for 18.00. there was a delay that no one could explain, ground staff were extremely unhelpful, we were told that we were going to board at 18.30, but had to wait another hour. I reached Durban almost two hours after the scheduled arrival time that should have been 19.00.</p> <p>URGENT FEEDBACK IS REQUIRED.</p> <p>i sent emails to no avail!</p>
