Never on time
Worst airline!! When last was KULULA on time???? 4 hours delay and still waiting. Contradicting info from floor staff vs announcements?? Save yourself time and frustration and fly with any other airline!!

Your flight was delayed for 276 minutes due to a technical problem that occurred before departure. The Customer Service Manager will address the contradicting information with the ground staff as we acknowledge that there is room for improvement.
