never fly kulula they are all cheats
i had booked a flight to jhb a month ago for myself and my baby. my child fell ill today and i called to cancel and provided them with a doc note.. some idiot supervisor calls me and tells me that he cannot refund as it is a doc note and not a admission letter. he said i need to change the flight to another date next year . i changed to March and then he say i need to pay additional R900. dam cheats man. why should i pay that. my child is sick must i fly with a sick child. kulula is most definitely the worse airlines ever and i will post this on all chat sites and make people aware . most disgusting services ever<br> if not refunding me makes Kulula richer then keep the money but you will definitely loose passengers as i will spread the word

There is a 100% cancellation fee to cancel a flight booking (subject to the ticket type you purchased). We only refund due to hospitalization and death (Proof must be supp****)
A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
