Never Ever Use Kulula, Ever Again.

Guys I need help. Kulula owes me 3k since last year December & they've been playing with me, sending me emails, laughing at my issue & basically saying I Will Never get my money back with their actions. Is there an ombudsman for these people, or even for Comair? The police say they need to know what the case is called to open it. I feel as if they knew exactly what would occur, so I could perhaps not be the only person they do this to.... Please help me out.
