NEVER AGAIN

Flight MN122 has been delayed and will depart at 23:50 according to kulula. Flight has been delayed AGAIN until 00:20, apparently due to bad weather, but other airlines have no problems as usual. Please let me know if you are going to arrange for transport at 02:20 AM as only YOUR airline will be awake at that hour. YOUR customers have made arrangements according to their flight bookings, if they wanted to arrive at 2AM in the morning I'm sure they would have searched for a later flight! Pathetic airline, even worse than FlySafair. #neveragain Make a plan to satisfy very disappointed customers. - Was also told they will NOT accommodate the customers as it is due to "bad" weather and not plane issues - But their planes fly in worse conditions. #Kululasucks
