need some clearance

<p>i have no complaints 1stly , i've been just trying to get a response on something with kulula flights that isnt correct , now we are allowed 20kgs check in luggage and 7kgs hand luggage , my issue comes in where my one suitcase weights only max 5kgs and they dont allow my other items there which even combined dont come to 20kgs , then i am allowed a further 7kgs on the plane only must that be only 1bag as well or can that be 2? mango says 20kgs and you can check in as many bags weighing to the 20kgs... i need some clarity on how this works with you'll and why .</p>
