name change
i bought a ticket for my daughter and made a mistake with the dates, the next day i realised and when i wanted to correct the dates kulula charges R351-00. that was more than a month in advance. so i decided to use the ticket for myself as i paid for it myself with my hard earnd money. now i find out that i am not allowed to use the ticket because kululas fancy new system doesnt allow for you to do a name change. i am shocked to learn this, i realy demand my money back.

I do understand your frustration when you booked the incorrect date for your daughter. We do have a page on our website whereby the name change policy is explained. You have also agreed to this terms and conditions, once the booking was confirmed.
Name corrections are free but name changes are not allowed. If one needs to make a name correction, you'll have to call our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) for assistance. We will permit name corrections in the following instances:
o Spelling changes/spelling error corrections
o Changes to last name due to marriage/divorce (Proof must be supp****)
o Changes to prefixes (Mr. ? Dr.)
o Changes to suffixes (add MSTR)
o Swapping last name and first name around
A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
I will contact you offline to provide further options.
