My most shocking experience flying to Cape Town

It was my first time ever flying with Kulula from Johannesburg to Cape Town (on flight MN 107 Monday of the 8th Feb, 17h15 flight) and I must say that this was not the best flying experience I ever had. I couldn't breathe and ask for a flight attendant to bring me water, and she kept telling me it was R12 rand as if I was not gonna pay for it. I told her it's fine and that I will pay, can she bring it so long, the she points at the lady who was send delivering orders on the flight, she says \see where they are, they will get to you with water\" then she laughs at my face. I had to what for at least 5 minutes with a sore throat and couldn't breathe properly before I could even get water. I swear to you, the service was totally disgusting and absurd, it was as if she was waiting for me to die. "
