Most uncomfortable flight!

<p>I booked in at Cape Town airport and asked the person at the counter to book me an emergency exit seat seeing that I am 6 foot 4 inches! He said there are available in the middle of the plane but they are center seats, so not isle or window. He then assured me that there is another emergency exit seat at the back of the aircraft which would provide me with the right amount of space needed of which he could offer me an isle seat. I asked him to confirm this information twice to which he strongly confirmed this information is correct. When I got on the flight I was nowhere near any emergency exit and the seat in front of me was on my knees. It was so uncomfortable that my legs started cramping!!!! </p>
