Most *********** airline ever!!

<p>I must say that i have never come across a more *********** airline service than Kulula Airlines and who doesn't care about customer service one bit. I booked and paid for a flight for my mother in law on the 8th of Feb 2017 from Lanseria to Cape Town on the 25th Feb 2017 , booking number NOILGM. She had to leave home at 05:00 in the morning to be at the airport on time , which she was. Upon checking in she was told that the flight has been overbooked and she is not allowed on the flight and will have to wait for a later flight. ***!!!! How do you not allow a passenger on a flight who booked and paid over 2 weeks in advance?? We now need to change our whole vacation schedule due to this , and half the day is already lost due to the new flight.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service told us they will make a plan which never materialized. For a company that brags about their financial performance and bottom line profit you totally forgot the most important aspect which is CUSTOMER SERVICE..Without customers you will not have any financial performance to brag about..</p> <p> </p> <p>Myself and my family will NEVER fly with Kulula again and i will make sure all my friends also don't </p> <p> </p>
