Looks like KULULA is a master writer of " READ YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS " to take advantage of customers who experience normal lives. Keep on doing this and I hope Vitality might add another airline who will not rip us off on unforseen circumstances or changes. Unscrupolous business practices eventually catch up with you.</p>
