More than 5 hours holding for customer service agent to assist
I have booked my flight in July 20th for the 24th Sep time 6:00pm - 7:40 pm however my flight time was changed to 3:00 pm. I have been holding for more than 5 hours this morning trying to get through to the agent NOTHING. KINDLY ADVISE WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD AS I NEED TO MANAGE MY BOOKING AND CHANGE THE FLIGHT TIMES. I am. Overwhelmed by the service for such a big company but no answer of the phone the whole 5 hours

23 Sept 2021, 11:47I've been seating on the phone till now 11:44 since 6 am in the morning.. The entire time no repose. This is ridiculous. You intentionally want to rob us as customers in order to make money. I don't understand as to why you have this number I have been dialing the entire morning *** yet there's no response and you direct the customers to call it yet there's no alternative. This is pure nonsense.. I want my initial time booked or my money back this is no joke as a client I didn't get what I booked for
