MN531 Flight - Horrid experience

I was scheduled to fly with kulula on the 24.02.18. the flight was supposed to leave at 12.55 and after hours of delays we evetually left Lanseria on a broken lane at 17.30 only to have to land at OR thambo as the plane was experiencing technical difficulties. the service received from Kulula was horrifying, there was no communication as to what was going on, or any incentives to make up for the delay. everything was out of their control.

Considering i missed the function that i was scheduled to attend it was not worth my effort to fly anymore, ive requested to cancel the flight and get a refund. and to date still waiting for a response from them, seem they stole my money and after causing this inconvienience they still dont seem to care. I urge you to rethink booking with them they are awful.
