Besides having my flight delayed twice, and not even being offered as much as a glass of water after being delayed a further hour and a half on the aircraft. Not expecting the 2nd delay, I did not consider getting water or cash before I boarded. How inconsiderate of Kalula not to offer anyone anything. It is not normally expected but with such a massive delay, surely.<br> <br> The mix up with the bags and us having to get off the aircraft has caused my bag to be damaged irreparably. <br> <br> I witnessed how the staff mishandled the bags, throwing them on the pick up truck and this caused mine and I'm sure other bags to be damaged. My bag has lost its wheels and can only be carried, and being an over sized one it is pretty useless as it would be too heavy to carry.<br> <br> I would rather pay extra than let myself be exposed to such shoddy service and inconsiderate behaviour.<br> <br>
