Missing luggage

On 15 December at 17:20 at OR Tambo airport I boarded a plane going to Durban. When we landed in Durban my luggage was not there I was informed by Tohira that she would call me later in the evening once she has found the bag. Later on in the evening she called me and informed me that they unable to trace my bag they will try again in the morning. In the morning an agent from kulula called me to tell me they can't find my luggage. That's not enough for me, I have a wedding to attend in a few hours and I need to know what's going on. I need someone from kulula to call me to explain what's going on!!
