Missed Flight

<p>My flight was at 8:50pm on 7th april 2016. I had already checked in the day before. I was in line at 8:20pm to drop off my bag. There were 2 people in front of me in the line and then 2 others went before them cos they were late for their flight. There was a coloured guy who assisted them. His name is Kaven or Taven. When it was my turn he said he couldn't assist. I had my 4 year old with me. I asked him if I could please go through and leave the bag behind, he said no. I went to the back to the Kulula counter and the manager was busy. So I spoke to another lady, who couldn't assist me either. I asked if I could leave my bag and go in cos there was still time, she said yes but i need to get to the plane in 2 min. That was physically impossible. So I proceeded to the Sales counter and the lady there was very helpful. She took a while and came back and said she called the people and asked if I could still be put on the plane as I had already checked in only to be told they had already taken me off the system. At this point the plane had not left yet. So had the guy at the check-in called and made an effort I wouldve boarded the plane as there was still time! I had to then pay R775 and get put on a Saturday flight at 4:15pm! This was really unneccessary and costly for me! I spoke to the manager thereafter and asked him to pull out the camera footage to see that I was in line and that 2 others were seen to before me and that I was in line at 8:20pm. His name is Charles Moropa. He wasn't very helpful but said he will call us when they are investigating and viewing the footage. When I am on the Kulula flights usually if someone checks in, there is a call for them, there was nothing on Friday. Mango Airlines usually makes a plan for their customers and are much more helpful than Kulula! Kulula couldn't put us on standby unless we paid R1900 EACH and that was not guaranteed either! If you can please assist I would appreciate it if you could refund my money please as that is the last bit of money I had on me!</p>
