Miss-adverti*****t by Kulula

I made booking for two rooms at in hazyview via Kulula website for the 12th to the 14th August 2014. This was based on the fact that Kulula stated that this was a 4 Star hotel<br> <br> I had a few issues when staying at the lodge and submitted a review on TripAdvisor regarding the hotel. I was then informed via tripadvisor by the guest relations that this lodge did not have any star rating.<br> <br> I therefore feel as if I was cheated and this is clear miss-adverti*****t from Kulula, due to the fact that Kulula advised that this lodge was 4 star (which I based my decision on) when in actual fact this lodge did not have any rating. <br> <br> I have sent Kulula a mail in this regard and only received a response that they sent this to their flight plus department, other than that I have received no feedback with regards to this. <br> <br> My whole holiday was spoilt as it was in Kulula's recommendation which I made this booking as I would have clearly made a different arrangement if I knew the lodge did not have any star rating<br>
