Messed uo Service and Roguish

I was scheduled on Kuluka flight MN625 departing from OR Thambo at 8:20 pm to King Shaka. My flight from Botswana on Airlink SA 8429 - departure at 17:50 and arrival at 18:45, was delayed arriving in Botswana and also further from air traffic control in Johannesburg. Further delays were experienced with luggage , courtesy of ACSA staff, resulting in me being at the check in counter of Kulula 5 minutes later than the close time. I was denied check in and asked to change tickets to the next fight , planned deiarure 8:50 pm. At the ticket sales counter I was charged an additional R821.01. Yet thus flightveas delay by 49 minutes departing 9:30 pm, yet nothing is said or offered forvdekays by the airlines. Believe this is roguish service and not looking at interdependencies on delays by other airlines and ACSA which requires resolution. No fault if customer here and yet penalties are imposed without hesitations.
