Massive Delay

This is totally unacceptable! First the flight gets delayed by 3 hours, then when we eventually do get on the aircraft we wait for more than an hour after the departure time because apparently there are 2 luggage items too much on the plane. Then after ALL the luggage has been unpacked on the tarmac next to the plane to re-count, even the Captain re-counted the luggage and found that there actually was the right amount of luggage on the plane. And then just to ensure they don't mess up again all the passengers had to go out, identify their own luggage and then enter the plane again.

Kulula Airways, I would like to know, how do you manage to cause this situation???!!! We only departed after the scheduled landing time in George!!!! This is utterly unacceptable!!! If this is your type of service delivery you should rather apply to be on a Leon Schuster movie!!!
