They refused to take delayed baggage on a next flight. They refuse to credit the difference between changed flights to the change fee. They refuse to read what we post on Hellopeter. But we post it anyway. So now we refuse to use them for our corporate flights. Not that they would feel the loss of a 100 or so tickets per annum; they make enough money otherwise.
