Making Amends
I would personally like to thank Ayesha Rawoot from Kulula's Customer Services division. She has been a tremendous help and thanks to her help and assistance kulula has agreed to refund our tickets as well as an additional amount so that we may return home. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
