LUGGAGE WAS INVADED
Im extremely dissappointed with Kulula airlines, my parents flew up to Jhb this morning 29/11/2015, their luggage was opened & the christmas gift wrappings were all torn up & damaged. <br> We dont expect such behaviour but from reading the rest of the complaints it seems to be a normal thing <br> with Kulula.<br>

At the outset we would like to offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused when you found out the gift wrappings where damaged due to the baggage handling . In terms of British Airways Comair's General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage, we do not accept liability for the loss, delay or damage to baggage .
We also do not accept liability for the loss of, or damage to fragile or perishable articles, electronic equipment, mobile phones, money, jewelry, silverware, negotiable papers, securities or valuables, business documents, passports or other identification documents or samples which are included in the passengers checked or unchecked baggage.
Where there is a mixture of mechanical and human interaction , things are prone to failure and for this , I must apologise .
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity of a response .
