Luggage *****s

After an unexplained 45 minute delay tonight on flight MN625, my husband and I arrived in Durban to find both our suitcases broken into, locks broken off and zips destroyed. All our personal items rifled through, Christmas presents and clothing ******. Have flown all around the world on many airlines and this has never happened. We are now expected to go to the police station at this time of the night and get a case number....only to be extremely poorly compensated for all our loss at the end of this ordeal (if we are lucky). Disgusted and praying that Kulula makes this right.
