Luggage pilfering at Cape Town International Airport

My expensive perfume was ****** from my checked in luggage on a Kulula.com flight from Cape Town to Lanseria on Friday 17 May. I am regular and loyal customer of Mango Airlines, but since I recently qualified for Discovery Vitality Travel Rewards decided to try out Kulula.com instead. It is the responsibility of the airline to safeguard and handle luggage and if Kulula.com continues to turn a blind eye one must wonder if it is a money-making ploy to force customers to take out travel insurance with them. I did a bit of reading before turning to Hello Peter, and I am one of countless other travellers who have fallen victim to luggage tampering and theft on a Kulula.com flight. I will go out of my way to avoid using Kulula.com again, and I will be submitting a review to Discovery Vitality as well.
