Luggage Bag Detroyed

My luggage was badly damaged while in transit on Flight MN 806:East London (ELS) - O.R. Tambo (Jo'burg) (JNB) on 15 October 2017. Despite logging a complaint with the airline I am yet to recieve feedback on the matter since the last correspondence on 26 October 2017 nearly 2 months ago. This is very poor service from Kulula,com indeed.
