Low Cost Airline = Low Cost Treatment
The big offer - we will refund you your cost for the seats - R240! How does that reimburse a 2m tall person buying a specific seat, being stuck in a MIDDLE seat in the back of an aircraft? I could not even sit back the whole flight.<br> <br> Then because they offer you some compensation, even R1, you cannot open a case with the NCC! I am terribly sorry to learn that you were not seated on the seat which you purchased online. Pre-paid seats cannot be guaranteed due to operational, safety or security requirements, we reserve the right to cancel or change your seat. As per feedback received, we experienced an aircraft change which resulted in the seat changes.
I do understand that you feel strongly about this incident and I am sorry that my colleagues were unable to meet your expectations in your previous correspondence. We have taken the time to review your concerns with great care and sensitivity and we believe that our gesture was a fair one. We will refund you the seats but unfortunately we are unable to provide you with compensation.
