Lovely Service

We flew kulula from Cape Town to Lanseria. What a lovely experience. 1) The flight crew was so friendly and made such a fuss over my little one (5yrs old) to ensure his flight experience was lovely. 2) The crew went out of their way - my son forgot his crayons on board and one of the crew members actually came running after us in the airport to give it back - THANK YOU!! 3) The experience was great and we will definately fly Kulula again.

Only downfall and caused me great worry: At Cape Town check-in no one asked for my sons identification and this was a great concern as anyone could fly out with an underaged child. At Lanseria though they were thorough and checked. I thanked them as I hope and feel this is actually part of the required checks that needs to be done, especially with kidnapping being such a problem.
