Lost purse

Good day. My elderly parents travelled yesterday for the first time solo from Cape Town to Lanseria on flight MN 450 at 05:55. At 08:25 I received a call from the Baggage claim Department to let me know that my parents had lost their purse in the aircraft and that they are trying to get hold of them to let them know about their purse. Their phones were still switched off so they couldn't be reached. I called my mother and luckily she had just switched her phone on to let me know about their good trip. I told her that their purse was at Baggage claims. The Lady at Baggage claims asked my mother for identification and asked her to go through the purse to ensure all their bank cards and money was still in the purse. Not a single cent was missing! Nothing. No card or anything was missing! <br> We are still stunned and so very thankful. Such honesty and professionalism we never ever expected.<br> We don't know what else to say but thank you, thank you and thank you to Kulula and their staff! <br>
