Lost bags and no feedback

<p>flew from durban to Johannesburg on 5/12/16 MN660. Apparently my bag was left behind - my bag contained clothes for an important meeting as well as prescription medication which I had to check in. Zakhile and team at the baggage office could not confirm when the bags would arrive and whether they would even arrive on the same day. 6 staff memebers dealing with us and they could not even generate a reference number. Apparently the driver leaves at 8 so they couldn't make another plan or commit an arrival time. </p>
