Lockdown Flights - Discovery Vitality, Kulula and BA

I have been very patient, but have now had enough! Numerous mails, numerous calls, and I still do not have confirmation of any travel voucher or refund. This is for many local flights and and international flight to UK. Poor service and communication of this process.
