Lockdown flight tickets - the saga of TBcredit and Kulula.com

What a frustrating process it is to get some assistance in finding and using credits allocated to you because of flights cancelled during the lockdown in 2020. I bought a flight ticket (British Airways) in February 2020 for my son to fly from Cape Town to Durban. Then lockdown happened and he could not leave Cape Town. I was then informed that I should register with Kulula.com and then credit would be held by TBcredit for future use. I registered on 30 November 2020 and sent the required information through to TBcredit. Received a mail back on 30 November that it was received, but due to a huge backlog, it could be up to 8 weeks to show the credit. So, now the 8 weeks is long gone and i want to book a flight for my son again. So, logically, i would think that somewhere one should be able to find these credits - and if someone can, please inform me. Nowhere on no website could i get hold of such a procedure - so eventually i reverted back to the travel agent i booked the tickets with. They told me that Kulula said it would be best if i call them with the flight reference numbers and ticket numbers. So i did that, only to be informed that i should send the information to TBcredit and wait for 8 weeks. This is the point where i then informed the lady that it was already done on 30 November 2020, why should i do it again and i am sitting with an e-mail from Travelcheck that Kulula said i should phone them with the relevant reference number -only for her to drop the call - so now, where from here. It is simple, just tell me how to access my credits and how to use it when i want to book a flight. But it has been long since i have received such bad, bad service.
