Communication saying the plane is delayed, several delays. Till eventually the 'senior manager' on duty communicates that the plane is being fixed in Cape Town and we will know by 5pm if we even have a flight. Mean while we get another communication saying the flight is delayed again. 10:20am the flight was supposed to be, the constant lies from Kulula has been stringing us along and not permitted us to make another plan and thereby leaving us heavily out of pocket.

We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well.
Flight MN511/08Aug'15 was delayed due to rotational reasons caused by technical problems. It will always be a huge challenge for all airline operators. We operate in extremely variable conditions and operate within a safety envelope that ensures there is no risk at any time to customers and staff.
I am sorry about the lack of communication surrounding the delay. This will definitely be addressed.
