Lelethu Didiza an Asithe Ntaba

I had a problem re the ins and outs of excess baggage purchase and transfer between two airlines on an upcoming journey

Asithe Ntaba while not able to solve my rather complicated query did after the call find out what he could and called me back twice - great customer service

His supervisor Lelethu then went one step further and called the other airline!! I was put very much at ease with the suggestion thereafter provided by her and am holding thumbs that all goes well on the day

Lelethu has even invited me to contact her if I have further queries re this
