Leg Room seats are for tall people

I always arrive at least 2 hours early as I don't fit in normal seats without pain. I don't sit on the aisle because my shoulders are wider than the seats and your air stewards bump my shoulder with and without the trolley.<br> I booked on the 15h55 flight from Cape Town to Lanseria. I arrived at the airport. I was told I can't check in yet, I can only check in at 14h00. <br> I arrived at the check-in counter at 13h55, I ask for leg room emergency exit window because I am 6 ft 6; I have the seat pocket in front of me digging into my knees and my shoulder is being knocked every 2 minutes by air stewards and trolleys.<br> Jodi says in a sarcastic manner that I should have asked for leg room. I fly 40 times a year
