Late Again

<p>MN 603 from Johannesburg to Durban was almost an hour late meaning that we missed our dinner with friends as the restaurant kitchen was closed. Supposed to leave at 5.15pm and when we went online to checkin the time had moved already to 5.25pm and then later we received a note to say it would leave at 5.55pm but it actually left at 6.10pm. We especially selected this time and paid more so that we could attend this dinner. This is abuse and the authorities should insist on a refund (at least partially where an airline is grossly late).</p> <p> </p> <p>We fly at least twice a month and Kulula is regularly late - far worse than the others.</p> <p> </p> <p>Avoid this airline like the plague.</p>
