Lack of service

I dropped of my parents at OR Tambo to catch flight number MN 909 to George after they had been travelling abroad. Johannesburg traffic is not the friendliest for the morning but I got them there at 07:00 to catch there 7:50 flight. I know the time because they had just started reading the 07:00 news on the radio.

According to your website you have to check in 45 min before departure?.. It was tight but we made it. Long story.. The attendant helping them would not allow them to check in and they missed the flight. The attendant was not helpful at all, I don’t know if your flight was overbooked or what but that was a disgrace. So much so that we as a family will think twice booking with kulula, and that was all airline we used to fly..
