Lack of integrity & ****************!

The last time I flew with Kulula must have been about 10 years or more ago. I thought let me give them a try again! And to my surprise you are forced to pay for a pre-booked seat even though I am booking 6 months in advance. I am forced to buy a pre-booked seat because despite me inserting details that we are a family of 3 with a 5 year old toddler, their default seats allocate all 3 of us in different seats (FAR APART)!!!!

This is manipulation and ****************, why should I pay for a "pre-booked" seat when I am booking six months in advance on a flight with ample space.......I am already paying for the flight, surely this should secure my seat, at the very least next to my 5 year old daughter?????

Seriously Kulula find another way of making money! You can still make money AND have integrity.....its not that hard!
