Kululu service delivery shocking!!

I spent a lot of time last night trying to book flights on Kulula only for the page to hang and then we were unsure if payment went through - we re tried and the same thing. I tried this morning and same thing - on calling Kulula first thing this morning and waiting for ages for them to answer they tell me to try a different browser and then my flights had increased and they basically said unlucky. I had to change my flight times and then still pay in more and no one actually cares. My issue is principle - service delivery is just shocking!!
