Kululu airline sucks.

Reading through all the reviews, i would of thought Kululu would have done something about their service, but no it just gets worst, on 8 Feb I was on Flight MN0905 to George, I was not aware that every passenger is allowed 1 bag irrespective of weight, i thought every passenger is allowed 20kg and 7kg hand luggage as indicated on the ticket, oh no, my husband and i both had 2 extra bags, we had to pay and additional R400 per bag for the 2 extra bags, my two bags did not even weight 15kg's, so when you think you purchasing a cheap ticket on a"special" think twice after adding baggage etc etc you might as well book with BA, i then arranged a wheelchair as i injured my ankle and was in a moonboot plus crutches, the service regarding the wheelchair from OR Tambo - George was excellent, but from George - OR Tambo was pathetic, i was put in a normal isle seat had to get up everytime somebody needed to get to their seat and at the time of checking in at George the teller could see that i was in crutches, terrible trip. No more Kulula flying for me.
