Kulula's meaning " Its easy" YES TO ***** MY MONEY!!!

make a booking for a return flight , quick and easy! take my money then the very next day all flights are cancelled!! so you where well aware that you would not be able to provide the services I paid for yet you MORE THAN WILLING TO TAKE MY MONEY! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 10 WEEKS FOR A REFUND!!!? "due to the large amount of refunds that need to be processed" how is this my problem? how must I get a different airline ticket without that money??
