Kulula's ****************

Kulula decided to just cancel my flight. I am on holiday an we just had to spend half the afternoon on the phone with them trying to get the cancellation undone. In the end the best they could do is to charge us another R1500 to reinstate the flight. ****************! Thanks for ruining half my weekend Kulula. It's bad enough I took Monday off and you moved my flight earlier and ruined the day for us, now you charge me for it twice. I don't know how to claim this back from you without wasting more of my own time and money so I hope complaining on social media, will get someone competent or at least honest to contact me and give back my money.
